The exhaust valve is applied to the pipeline exhaust of independent heating system, central heating system, heating boiler, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating system.

1. The pontoon of exhaust valve is made of low density PPR and composite material, which will not deform even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time. No difficulty in buoy movement.

2. The lever of the pontoon is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the pontoon and the support is made of movable connection, so it will not rust during long-term operation, resulting in the system unable to work and water leakage.

3. The seal end face of the lever is supported by a spring, which can expand and contract correspondingly with the movement of the lever, so as to ensure the sealing performance without exhaust.

Installation: when the exhaust valve is installed, it is better to install it together with the block valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be sealed and the water will not flow out. Low density PP material, this material will not produce deformation even if it is soaked in high temperature water for a long time.
