There are two kinds of floor heating thermostat: electric floor heating thermostat and water floor heating thermostat. With the improvement of people’s life quality, in the aspect of heating in winter, the traditional heating method is changed. The heating equipment is installed in the floor, and the heat radiated from the underground makes people feel more comfortable. Floor heating thermostat is a kind of terminal control product developed for controlling this heating equipment. It can set the switch or room temperature according to people’s needs in different periods, so as to realize the intelligent heating.
There are two types of floor heating thermostat, mechanical and electronic. Among them, electronic type has LCD (some electronic temperature controllers with LCD have programmable function) and no LCD. Mechanical temperature controller, the inner part is bimetal or metal film box. According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the object, adjust the ambient temperature to be heated or cooled (depending on whether the heater or cooler is connected) under the condition of set temperature. Electronically, the thermistor senses the ambient temperature and controls the operation or stop of the connected heater or cooler through the relay.
