The radiator temperature will not exceed the temperature of the hot water running in the water pipe below. Although it is a new technology, it should also follow the principle of heat transfer and the law of energy conservation: the temperature of the heated object will not be higher than the temperature of the heat source, otherwise the energy will not be conserved. The temperature of the radiator will reach the same temperature as the hot water in the pipe at most, and will not exceed the temperature of the hot water. In fact, the radiator needs to radiate heat to the surrounding space, so it will not reach the temperature of hot water in the water pipe below. Some buyers may have questions: how much lower can the radiator be than the water temperature? There are many random factors in this problem, which are not easy to determine. It has a lot to do with room temperature, room space size and whether it is tight and not easy to dissipate heat. If the room temperature is low, the room space is large, and the sealing is not good and easy to dissipate heat, then the heat of the radiator will radiate to the surrounding space, resulting in the temperature of the radiator is much lower than that of the water.
1. Floor height occupied by warm water. Water heating floor structure: thermal insulation layer, heating layer, heat storage layer. The thermal insulation layer is often called the thermal insulation plate, the heating layer is also the heating pipeline, and the heat storage layer is also the cement layer. Regardless of the floor or floor tile height, the floor height occupied by the floor heating part is about 5.5cm.
2. The radiator water supply pipeline is generally buried under the ground. But the pipeline is directly buried in the concrete, not directly occupying the floor height.
3. The heating of the radiator is faster. When the water floor heating starts, the cement layer above the hot water pipe shall be heated first, then the floor shall be heated, and then the floor shall be heated with air, which takes a long time from opening to reaching the expected temperature; while the radiator terminal heats without heating the cement layer and floor, the indoor temperature will rise faster for the first time. (therefore, the water floor heating and the radiator are very different in the way of use. Generally, the water floor heating is not completely closed. When there is no one at home, it is also in the running state, not completely closed).
