The Technical School “Novi Beograd” has established itself as a prominent institution within Belgrade’s educational landscape since its inception in 1975. Situated at Omladinskih brigada 25 in Novi Beograd, the school has evolved over the years, adapting to changes in educational legislation and continuously refining its offerings to meet the demands of the modern workforce. Formerly known as the Mechanical Educational Center Novi Beograd, the school transitioned to its current name in 2001, marking a new chapter in its illustrious history.

While the school boasts impressive facilities, including specialized classrooms, teaching cabinets, preparation areas, a gymnasium, and a library, its true strength lies in the caliber of its faculty and the quality of education it provides. Among its diverse programs, the Heating and Air Conditioning Technician program stands out as a cornerstone of vocational training.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems play a crucial role in maintaining comfortable and safe environments across various industries. As such, the demand for skilled professionals in this field has seen a significant surge in recent years. The Heating and Air Conditioning Technician program at the Technical School “Novi Beograd” addresses this demand by equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the HVAC industry.

In addition to theoretical instruction, students engage in hands-on practical training, gaining valuable experience in managing, operating, maintaining, and even designing HVAC systems. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including heating principles, refrigeration technology, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient practices. Moreover, students learn about renewable and alternative energy sources, preparing them to address the growing emphasis on sustainability in the industry.

Upon completion of the program, graduates emerge as competent professionals capable of analyzing complex HVAC systems, planning effective solutions, and executing tasks with precision. Their expertise extends beyond mere technical proficiency, encompassing critical skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Employment prospects for graduates of the Heating and Air Conditioning Technician program are promising, with opportunities available in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Whether installing heating systems in homes, servicing air conditioning units in office buildings, or optimizing ventilation systems in manufacturing facilities, graduates play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of occupants.

In conclusion, the Heating and Air Conditioning Technician program at the Technical School “Novi Beograd” exemplifies the institution’s commitment to providing high-quality vocational education. By nurturing the next generation of HVAC professionals, the school not only meets the needs of the industry but also empowers students to pursue rewarding careers in heating, cooling, and ventilation technology. With a focus on excellence, innovation, and practicality, the program continues to uphold the school’s legacy of educational excellence and societal impact.
